We specialise in the installation and restoration of Victorian and Edwardian geometric floor tiles.

These beautiful feature floors fell out of favour during the middle of the last century, but are now being uncovered and can be restored to their former glory.

A mosaic floor is not only a style statement, but adds real value to your home. Often installed as a feature entrance porch and hallway, these floors are hard wearing, practical and have stood the test of time.

These floors are often intricate designs, made up of tiles of many sizes, shapes and colours. Each floor is unique and the craftsmanship that went into the original floors is still required today to install, restore and maintain them.

Whether it’s an original floor in need of restoration, or if you would like one of these statement floors in your own property, we offer a service to meet your needs.

Restoration

We fully restore original period floors. This can include:

deep cleaning and stripping of old surface coatings
removal and replacement of any damaged tiles
re-laying any loose sections of floor
sealing and finishing treatments to ensure that your floor can be easily maintained.

We always try to retain as many of the original tiles as possible. However, when we need to replace badly damaged tiles, we use high quality replica products to seamlessly blend in with the original style.

Installation

We offer an end to end service to install brand new bespoke mosaic floors, based on authentic Victorian and Edwardian designs. We work with customers and manufactures to deliver floors that are perfect for each property and that will look good for years to come.

We will always carry out a site survey and consultation, to ensure we understand the requirements of each individual job.
